Our sustainable home kits are built right here in Ontario. We have taken care to source all of our home kit components from family owned Ontario companies. This helps us build a strong local economy, skilled jobs, and keeps wealth and taxes in the Ontario economy.

All our home kits include walls, roof, doors, and all structural elements. Homeowners will need to prep site and foundations prior to the delivery of the home kits packages and our team of dedicated professional are here to help you every step of the way building your dream home

The cost for a finished home can be between $350-$450 per square foot, depending on location of the lot and finishes. This would include a well, septic system, foundation, mechanical, and heating/cooling.

Our log cabin home kits are our most economically efficient designs that allow home owners the ability to live in beautiful chemical free log homes. Our log system incorporates sealed gaskets and all logs are precut and numbered from the factory for easy and quick on site assembly.
